Perimenopause & Menopausal Health is new in 2025/2026. This exciting new program delivers expert care from RN's and menopause-certified coaching staff.
Our team will share information on perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause and provide individualized assessment and symptom management plans to help you achieve optimum health and comfort in your peri-menopause/menopause years.
Starting in October 2025 we will be offering nurse-led visits for women experiencing symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. Our program team will provide individualized assessment and connect you with current information on symptom management and disease prevention, We will consult with your health care provider to access treatments or referrals if needed.
Group info sessions lead by our RN/Coaching team will be scheduled Tuesday evenings at the Campbellford clinic. In addition to the group sessions, THFHT patients can be seen by both the RN and the Coach for private appointments for individual assessment, non-hormonal and hormonal symptom management strategies, lifestyle coaching and health system navigation.
THFHT patients who meet the Menopause/Perimenopause program criteria can self-refer to this program or can be referred by their primary care provider (doctor or NP) or a THFHT nurse.
Criteria to be included in this program are:

THFHT formally recognizes the traditional keepers of this land and, specifically our neighbours of the Alderville First Nation, with a formal territorial acknowledgement. We reside on the Gunshot Treaty Lands of 1788. On these lands and on the shores of the big lake, the Mississauga Anishinabeg (A-NISH-IN-NAW-BEK) met with the Crown to facilitate the opening of these lands for settlement. Let us be reminded of the responsibility we all have in making sure that we respect these lands and waters that give us life and sustain our livelihoods.
